Information gathered by a Undercover Operative states that the Marques mob has been going on duty to help inform other mob members of police responses. Also throughout my own investigation I have been gathering information from other SAPD members stating the Marques members may possibly be going on duty and growing narcotics. Case will be updated when hard proof can be provided.
