This is really not a offense for a cop ban of any action to be taken but I want to be clear. We will keep this case because he was warned once about Growing narcotics. If anyone see's him doing anything like this again he has been warned and alert me Lt. Hudson, Capt. Matrix, or Myself.
Signed,
Chief Inspector James Bowling

This is cop ban-able, But if you warned him, there is no point, he has been cautioned, next time, he will have a straight cop ban.
