Internal Affairs Case Number - 00003
Case Codename - N/A
Detective Cover Name -  James Bowling

Officers Involved - Leonardo_Marques

Case Overview - I was watching the police radio and I noticed that one Leonardo_Marques jailed his fellow gang member for 15 seconds. I immediately reported the information to the administration team but to what I understand nothing was done to follow up my report. I send a pm to the officer telling him not to do this again because jailing a fellow gang member for 15 seconds is against the rules. He has been warned the next time this happens action should take place.

Case Findings -

Conclusion of Operation - Officer was warned if anyone sees this happen again more strict action should come tword the defendant.
